Modo Spring Run Off 8k – 23 Mar, 2014

It was successful morning for the VFAC crew at the Modo Spring Run Off 8k this morning with some top overall performances, multiple age group placings, and a few new personal bests. Leading the way was Kevin O’Connor blasting through for a great fourth place overall, and first Master. The next four VFAC men managed to help the club sweep 5 of the top 10 placings. In the women’s race Kimberley Doerksen lead the way coming home in the prizes, finishing in fifth place in an extremely competitive women’s field that included multiple Canadian representatives.
