Running for Love – Sue and Joel get hitched

Just over two years after they first met at a VFAC workout, and serendipitously later bumped into each other on a plane destined for Calgary, Sue and Joel tied-the-knot on the shores of Rice Lake near Peterbrough Ontario on May 27th. Beautiful day for the ceremony in which Sue looked stunning in her wedding dress – and Joel looked equally handsome in his black tux. After exchanging vows, much fun and celebration was had at the reception. The wedding cake was the best I’ve ever tasted! Thanks Joel’s Mom! The couple is now enjoying their newly married bliss in Costa Rica on a two week adventure honeymoon! Coach John pointed out that Sue and Joel are the 5th couple to make life long vows after meeting at VFAC, and he’ll be happy to work at arranging more…just not his own. Congratulations and many years of happy running to Sue and Joel!!!
