Benefiting
VFAC is proud to sponsor Centered Lifestyle Counselling Services, a non-profit charitable society, with partial proceeds from the Dave Reed Spring Classic. One Dollar from every entry will be donated to this organization.
Centered Lifestyle Services is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for inner-city children and youth by providing accessible counselling services and recreational opportunities. Pet therapy, jogging, nature walks and adventure-based camping trips serve as valuable means to pair children and youth with healthy adult counselors and mentors. These efforts work with the strengths of each child to alleviate stress and anxiety, lessen defiant behavior and increase protective factors that lead to greater resiliency and a more hopeful future throughout adolescence.
